1947 was the beginning of an era, as PSCCU was one of the first Co-operatives to be registered in Grenada.

Grenada Public Service Co-operative Credit Union Limited (PSCCU) was formed when a group of civil servants with extraordinary vision came together in the knowledge that there were many benefits to be gained by pooling their resources. The Grenada Public Service Co-operative Credit Union Limited is a not-for-profit institution which was formed to provide a safe, convenient place for members to save money and to get loans and other financial services at reasonable rates.
